How does sizing work and what measurements are most important?
Wag Theory sizes are categorized by a general indicator (small / medium / large) plus the coat length. There are three important measurements that ensure proper fit: length, neck, and chest. The chest has adjustable straps and typically fits a wide range of pups without issue, but the neck and length are what typically determines if the in stock jacket will work or if a custom dog coat would be preferable.
What are my options if the jacket doesn't fit? You have a couple options! Within 14 days, you can exchange your unworn/unused jacket for another jacket of equal value (within the same size tier), or receive store credit toward the purchase of a Custom coat or different priced item in the store. Jenny was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Her online instructions on sizing were great but she also took the time to verify our measurements for Charlie are correct for the size that we chose. Sending it all the way from Portland to Sydney Australia was also a breeze with it arriving earlier than I expected. The product was clearly very carefully packaged with love. The materials and quality feel great and definitely sturdy to last. The rain jacket fits him perfectly, there is nothing that I think would fit and look better on him! We also got the waste bag holder that we are very happy with it being much lighter, less clunky and doesn't swing around annoyingly.

What an awesome jacket! Fit is spot on for my pup. I originally ordered a size too small and that was quickly corrected with exceptional customer service. I really like the buckles for attachment points rather than velcro like alot of other jacket have. The hang tag is also a great touch so you can hang this up to dry on the coat rack after a walk.
